Memorial Day 2022

      Our thoughts and prayers go out to those who have a loved one who sacrificed all for their country. We could not exist except for those who have given all to protect our freedoms. Although we have not lose close family members, we have several friends who have given all to keep us safe and free. May God bless each family with His grace today.

     We had a wonderful day yesterday at church. We totaled 14 in attendance. That is certainly not a record, but it is better than the five or six previously. Some have taken extra work or things Ike the wife is also working in order to sustain the family. However, many have just gotten out of the habit of coming.

Dear Praying Friends,      We are so thankful to be able to be home for furlough this year and have been in over twelve church meetings since arriving. It is so good to see how God brought His churches through the tough times of the pandemic and is slowly rebuilding those ministries as well as ours. Our God is always faithful.      Casey, Ann’s mother, is doing well with good days and days less joyful. She completed pin-point radiation and will have to wait a total of three months to see how effective it was towards the tumor. She had hesitated in going ahead with the treatment, but decided she should try to see if that would at least slow down the growth. She able to take care of her personal needs, but does need help with any extra care and at times is less stable on her

  March/April, 2024   O Lord, thou art my God; I will exalt thee, I will praise thy name; for thou hast done wonderful things; thy counsels of old are faithfulness and truth.     Isaiah 25:1   Dear Praying Friends,             Our God is so faithful and His counsels are always right. God has blessed us and the services and travels that we have made. It blesses us to see how God is still working in America, even though many appear to have turned their back on Him. HE still is faithful and never changes.             Recently, Gary’s closest friend, brother in the Lord and hunting buddy, Wendell Drake, passed away. Many times, we would arise early to hunt, eat breakfast, and then sit at the table sharing Bible verses or questions until afternoon. Thank you for those who responded that they were praying.
