     We praise the Lord for a wonderful day yesterday. We had our church Christmas party with about 50 in attendance. The greatest blessing was a young 12 year old girl who has attended off and on for several years with her grandmother, but has never been faithful. She came in the door yesterday saying, "I want to get saved today." When Ann and I sat down with her, she thought her need was "a little bit." When asked if she lied, stole, obeyed her parents, she admitted she was guilty "a little bit." As we opened the Scriptures and showed her God's truth, she followed every word. When she stated she wanted to ask the Lord to save her, she bowed her head and started telling the Lord her sins. She poured out three or four minutes' worth of "a little bit" of sin. When she finished, she asked the Lord to forgive her and save her from her sins. What a difference the Word of God makes!      We also had a hearing visitor yesterday who is one of

As we mentioned in our blog, since we gave up our phone line before leaving for furlough, we are stuck without a line. Our phone service is both our phone connection and our Internet. Any other service is not available on this side of the highway. We are working on getting a new line to restore our connection with the world. Our daughter was talking with us this week and we mentioned the headaches with a new line, and she reminded us that we need not risk names or computer in a local Internet cafĂ©, because we could use her computer and her connections. We had been thinking that we would need to carry our computer into town and then use her connection, all without the risk of carrying the computer or weird locations. The only problem had been that
