We are certainly keeping the old "Model T" (us) chugging right along at a good clip. As I shared before, we are hoping that all of our check-ups are done since our bank account is. It is good to have a thorough check-up from time to time as we tend to ignore such things when we are on the field. We praise the Lord that both Ann and I have been given a clean bill of health, even "at your age."
Our schedule has been full and we are certainly running enough, but we love seeing everyone again. We have been locked in WV for a couple of months and now we are beginning to move out into the other states where we have supporters. God has been as good to you as as He has been with us these last several years. Cheyenne reports that all is going well with the deaf in Guad, so our hearts rejoice that they are learning to depend on HIM.
I published our newsletter but forgot to send out the blog announcement. It is always on the blog (until I forget) so you can check this blog at any time, with or without my reminder. Thank you for praying.
I had hoped that we would have a beautiful "Christmas" snow before we go back, but it looks like our two or three snowfalls that have lasted a few hours will be about all we get. I am sure that some of you have snow you would love to send us, but it doesn't work that way! One of my favorite authors has been Robert Frost, and he often wrote of the beautiful snows and its effect on us. I remember in my very young days of snow up to the sill of the windows. It sure ruins a work day, but it seemed like back then, everyone took it in stride and it was no big deal. I still have my fingers crossed for the month of June (dreaming).
Thank you again for praying and continue to ask the Lord to use us as we travel and minister. We are praying that God will bless you and use you as well today.
Gary & Ann
