We praise the Lord for a wonderful day yesterday. We had our church Christmas party with about 50 in attendance. The greatest blessing was a young 12 year old girl who has attended off and on for several years with her grandmother, but has never been faithful. She came in the door yesterday saying, "I want to get saved today." When Ann and I sat down with her, she thought her need was "a little bit." When asked if she lied, stole, obeyed her parents, she admitted she was guilty "a little bit." As we opened the Scriptures and showed her God's truth, she followed every word. When she stated she wanted to ask the Lord to save her, she bowed her head and started telling the Lord her sins. She poured out three or four minutes' worth of "a little bit" of sin. When she finished, she asked the Lord to forgive her and save her from her sins. What a difference the Word of God makes!
We also had a hearing visitor yesterday who is one of our fearless firemen. He was as polite and kind as a man can be. He had learned signs to be able to help deaf folks at a fire. he hopes he can come back and we trust he will learn more from the Word of God.
Thank you for praying and supporting the Lord's ministry here. We are still working on phone/Internet, but things don't move very quickly with Christmas in the air. Again, we will let you know as soon as we get connected.
Please pray for our daughter, Cheyenne, as they found a cyst yesterday which is causing her great pain. Pray that the medication will be enough to treat the cyst.
    God bless you today.
